Tracking is the regular review of your goals to determine whether you are achieving your milestones and you are on target to accomplish what you set out to do. Tracking is a crucial element of the Success Generator. Why? Because it’s important to understand how far you’ve come, what you’ve accomplished so far and how much further you need to go.
Tracking keeps you mindful of your end goal and rekindles the clarity you need to keep you motivated. You can revisit what you set out to do and, it helps determine whether you need to amend your goal or apply more focus and effort to achieve it.
It also provides you with the opportunity to celebrate progress and be proud of what you’ve accomplished along the way.
If progress appears slow, then milestones can act as a barometer to test how realistic you have been and whether a review of your milestones and goal are necessary. It doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t achieve your goal, but it could just mean a rethink of the steps needed and timeframes.
If you don’t track your milestones, you run the risk of losing sight of what you set out to achieve. You may just meander along in life and it may take longer to achieve what you set out to do, if in fact you do follow through and accomplish your goal.
So you have your goal in mind and you have set your milestones. The important thing now is to keep on track, keep focused and start working towards achieving that goal.

1. Visualise your dreams and look at your vision board everyday. Keep reminding yourself, what it is you are working towards.

3. Persevere, you will come across challenges but don’t allow that to get you down. Remain focused, determined and always look ahead towards your next milestone.
